Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
i think you need to give a little bit more context, but also the tenses in french do not map perfectly onto tenses in english. there's not a one to one correspondance
je suis sûr que je **le **porterai
**le **means the cloths your going to wear

porterais is right
porterai is future
@terse sky there is not really equivalent to be+ing tenses in french, except present
Context is everything
'i'm sure i would be wearing a coat if i had the money'
je suis sûr que je porterais un manteau, si j'avais de l'argent

Person 1: bro you look poor, what is that jacket?
Person 2: I have no money
Person 1: you have no money to by a new jacket?
Person 2: if I had money I would be wearing a better jacket

you can't
