Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

I think a good way to think about it is that adjectives like these just have a specific preposition, it's just how they are. Yeah I'm not fluent in English but I did some research and I found out that accessible à is like accessible to in english but accessible par is like accessible by so knowing that the explanation by chatgpt made more sense. Thank you!
