I don't think so, at least i've never heard it like this. "entendu" gives me more the impression of someone saying they agree to something, or they get what the other person is saying. For example: "Il faut qu'on s'occupe de ça avant de fermer." "Entendu."

Meaning: "We need to take care of this before we close." "I got it."
