It depends on the person. Personally, I don't really use "Mon Dieu". I rather use the word "Dinguerie" and mainly the phrase "Oh la dinguerie" when I'm shocked by something.

But, in fact, these phrases are used by native speakers (except "ça alors", I don't know anyone who uses this expression)
