• "que toi" means "as you do" or "as you."
• "à ce propos" means "about it" or "on that subject."

A more natural sounding English translation would be "I feel the same way about it as you do"

Second part of your question

• "Je ressens" is used for emotions or deep internal sensations for example "Je ressens de la joie" which means "I feel joy"
• "Je sens" is used for physical sensations, perceptions, or even intuitions, example: "Je sens le vent" which means “I feel the wind”

"À propos" is neat, I like it a lot. It’s used to introduce a topic or refer to something related to the current discussion, we could say that it just means "about" or "regarding." For example "À propos de ce film, qu'en as-tu pensé ?" = “Regarding that movie, what did you think?”

It’s also sometimes used alone to interject a related comment or question, "À propos, tu as parlé à Phonso ?" = "By the way, did you talk to Phonso?"

This is an additional comment just for me to be sure that you totally get the usages, "À ce propos" like you used in your sentence specifically means "about that" or "on that subject," it refers directly to something previously mentioned in the conversation. It’s way more specific than "à propos," which can introduce a new or related topic. You gave a good example of it but here’s another, "À ce propos, j'ai une idée" = "On that subject, I have an idea!"

To add on the « se sentir / ressentir » part, a good rule of thumb is that « se sentir » is followed by an adjective or an adverb while « ressentir » is followed by a noun.

Using Courtney’s example of « joie » :
« Je me sens joyeux. »
« Je ressens de la joie. »

Because « la même chose » is a noun, « ressentir » is used. If we switch that noun to an adverb, say « également », the verb likewise changes to « se sentir ».

« Je ressens la même chose que toi. »
« Je me sens également comme toi. »
