Est-ce que [proposition].... (NO INVERSION NEEDED)
Est-ce que vous avez une voiture?

VERB-SUBJECT - INVERSION
Avez-vous une voiture?

[preposition] + question mark (INFORMAL)
Vous avez une voiture?

for other question words this inversion can be seen as well with the question word first
