Unless you are absolutely sure that this informative video will be addressed to children or whatever, it’s going to be « vous ». Using « tu » implies closeness and inferiority which I wouldn’t personally be comfortable with if you’re making something for tons of people. Plus, since this is addressing multiple people, « vous » is better. Adverts use « vous », for example
