parce que is solid basic because, can't go wrong with it

car is slightly more literary (literature-esque . i cannot think of the word in english rn lmao) but not odd to hear normally

à cause de is because of with a negative connotation . grâce à expresses the same link between concepts but with an expressly positive connotation and therefore would translate closer to thanks to

it's okay to only use parce que, but i think if you are using it very often it might be nice to sprinkle in some variety

eg, for it is too far

à cause de and grâce à do kind of express a specific relationship but it's not prohibited or wrong to use parce que in the same way

j'ai dû rentrer à cause de la pluie → j'ai dû rentrer parce qu'il pleut

same sort of idea just slightly shifted to account for a different expression
