j'ai la would need to be followed by the feminine noun which you have

j'ai la réponse, for example

So in similar fashion could to say "je la mange" as "I eat it" (feminine)?

And then ce me mange would be "it eats me"?

-oui, je la mange

instead of ce me mange i would say ça/ceci me mange

but the order of words is correct
