The pronoun only applies to voir, not pouvoir voir, since the pronoun is only the object of a given verb.

Hmm okay. I got the impression from this website, that passé composé with reflexive verbs was formed with “être”, which is why I used “sommes” and not “avons”. How come you use “avons”?

Because pouvoir in this instance is a normal verb, not a pronominal one. It simply uses avoir.

Se voir on the other hand is pronominal so it uses être.
