Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

Mhhh, generally, we use the anglicism "Focus" instead.
Example: Go se focus les gars.
(Focus guys)
But if you ever want pure French, you would say:
"Allez, on se concentre !"
HAHAHAHA

I think "to lock in" got this sense only fairly recently, making the rounds in memes and internet language
I could be wrong tho, but it's definitely an observation i've made
