it's right
its the same
you're just being more politely like the guy said
D'accord, merci beaucoup đ
Also âun petit dĂ©jeunerâ like Duo said kind of sounds like youâre ordering a breakfast set meal or something.
le petit déjeuner is what most people would say when just talking about breakfast.
Duolingo: The Pros and Cons
Duolingo is usually helpful to retain vocabulary, short sentences, and simple concepts of grammar and syntax. It may enable you to approach your target language without much pressure and in a gamified way. Some people find that to be a great motivator.
On the other hand, Duolingo teaches some concepts badly, if at all (this may vary depending on the specific course). It generally only scratches the surface of language, and offers a pretty mechanical and dull view of it. Some learners might also find that a gamified approach of language is not beneficial to them.
For those reasons, Duolingo should not be your only learning tool, and is best used if you already have other methods and resources you can count on. If there are many things that you don't understand in your Duo lessons, chances are you need more in-depth methods for the time being. If you understand most of your lessons, you may be too advanced for it to be helpful to you.
Well Im fluent in spanish because of duolingo lol
Thats why learning french is a million times easier bc im so familiar with conjugations and stuff, and I see patterns
Sometimes duolingo makes mistakes, but its very good
never said it was bad, I just don't like it at all, because it fails to teach you correctly imo
No me enseñó mal jaja
did duo teach you grammar ? x)
Yes
Everything xd
Puedo hablar de varios temas con los que hablan español tambien
Same thing will happen with french someday
Real
El frances y el español are so similar
they got -re verbs is like the only difference with the endings
for a verb like apprendre
but they have spanish ending on verbs
sortir , manger
And similar conjugations
je mange
tu manges
il/elle mange
ils/elles mangent
nous mangeons
vous mangez
if u know spanish french is so much easier
the only problems are the ir verbs, kinda icky and hard
don't try to convince me duo is good, even tho it has its strong points
I just hate it x)
wdym you don't like having multiple conjugations for the same endine
choisir*
irregular ir verbs like sortir and i think choisir ?
irregular verbs are ĂȘtre and avoir
To have and to be are always irregular in every language tbf
English, french, spanish, etc
