Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

For the top part:
2) Wrong conjugation for the auxiliary.
3) Just a nitpick but where's the accent?
5) Wrong form of the past participle.
6) The negation adverb "pas" is at the wrong place.
6) and 7) We have a pronominal verb in both instances. And which auxiliary do they use? Also, you forgot the reflexive pronoun for the first one.
8) Was it sortu? If so, wrong form. Also, with être verbs, the past participle follows a certain rule. Can you find it out?
9) Wrong past participle form.

For the bottom part:

  1. Nitpicking again but careful with how you write the first word.
  2. Careful with the auxiliary conjugation. Also, while je is perfectly fine, I can't help but wonder if a different pronoun was meant to be used here.
  3. You did a great job with the pronoun placement... until you had to fumble this one.

You should revisit your notes on passé composé because much of your current mistakes (I daresay the majority of them) also happened there and there's a ton of explanation there.
