Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

most likely they stick with masculine defaults

other than exceptions like anything Nintendo has made (La Switch, La Nintendo 64), or cars (La fiat, une fiat 500) etc.

but in most cases with applications they just don't use the article and treat it like "J'ai mis la reunion sur Google Agenda/Outlook" no article

or as an adj like "Teams message" - Je vous ai envoyé un message Teams

i hope i am correct, this is my expeirence from working with french people. but if anything do keep an eye out for anyone advanced or native that may have alternate answers ;)

maybe because it's implied "la console switch", "la voiture fiat"
and if you say "l'excel", i understand it as "le tableur excel" implied
