The start is fine

that makes very little sense, however

j'ai passé les examens de python et d'anglais (plus) tôt
or
j'ai déjà passé les examens de python et d'anglais

would make more sense

your biggest problems are verb choice because we don't really use the verb "faire" for taking an exam in French (passer, is better)
and the word order is another problem, since in French the words that modify a noun typically come afterwards, not before
