Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
milliers is thousandS which is like when you say "thousands of dollars" but we want counting we keep it singular like in english (Three thousand - trois mille)
the latter is more correct but not entirely
