Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
"un acheté, un offert"
je crois pas que je m'aie fait compris
'One bought, one offered/given'
a
🇬🇧 buy one, get one free
🇫🇷 un acheté, un offert
with variations ("un article acheté, le deuxième gratuit" etc)
Also… French tends to use infinitives instead of subordinate clauses when the subjects in the two clauses are the same (especially when the subordinate is in the subjunctive) so the better translation – assuming you meant 'I don't believe I understood it' – would be:
||« Je crois pas l'avoir compris »||
"I don't believe I made myself understood"
oh
j'ai essayé l'écrire comme on parle en portugais
Well reflexives never use avoir, always être
In that case it'd be ||« Je crois pas m'être fait comprendre »||
merci beaucoup professeur
