Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

"il y a un accident" means "there is an accident".
Presumably you were trying to say "There was an accident" instead, so you need to use another tense. -
The pronoun "ce" is third person singular, so "étais", which is second person singular, is the wrong conjugation
-
"victim" is misspelled
-
que must become qu' before a word that starts with a vowel
-
voiture is a feminine noun, so its article must be feminine too
-
"parce que" means "because", which doesn't make sense in this sentence. You can't say "because another car". You need to find a term that translates to "because of" or "due to"
Il y avait un accident à glombourx?
Furthermore is spelling not important since my exam will be speaking
That's more like "there used to be an accident"
You're talking about a specific and completed event in the past, so you need the passé composé
ce texte parle d’un accident à Glombourx?
C'est une quesion ? À toi de me le dire lol
Je mets la question mark, parce que je voulais te demander si tout allait bien
