A good draft! A few areas of improvement:

• "pièce" is for a room but it's very vague. For a bedroom specifically you'd have to use "chambre"
• "habiter" isn't used for rooms, or it would sound like they only live in one room and not the rest of the house. You could use "dormir" to indicate one's bedroom (dormir dans une chambre)
• "pièce" is feminine, "des fleurs" should be plural
