Please be patient

Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.

Pro tip: you can rename the thread title with `.tr <thread name>`

Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

Yeah do you wanna go sentence by sentence

For starters, we might use a preposition followed by IB/VCE, but it makes more sense to say “programme du IB” and “programme du VCE”

#

I also think it might sound better to say

suivre/choisir un programme
rather than
étudier un programme

#

Accordingly, “à l’IB” doesn’t really make sense and just like in English when we say “in this program” we might say “dans le programme”

#

You also name five subjects, not six.

❌ c’est très ...
✅ elle est très ...

and you must decline the adjectives

#

« j’aime ça...pratique » probably doesn’t mean precisely what I think you’re wanting to say

#

You’re technically saying something like “I like that physics is fun and agreeable because of the theory (which one?) and because of the practical work and to understand how physics is applied everywhere”

#

I would likely restructure this to
• state that you like physics, not that you like that physics is fun (je l’aime, not j’aime ça since ça refers to the previous idea)
• state that physics is practical
• state that physical theories are interesting
• state that you like to appreciate the ubiquity of physics

#

❌ je ne veux pas faire de ...
✅ je ne veux pas étudier une ...

#

And the last sentence doesn't really make sense—what are you trying to say?

Incompetence is usually expressed with “je suis nul en ...”
