@fair veldt Hi, you've pinged reddit staff, admins which handle problems you have with moderators, and a robot. I'm not sure that's what you were going for.
If you have an urgent problem with someone on the server, you can ping mods.
If you're just waiting for an answer to your question - pinging anyone will not make it any faster, and will likely just make them less likely to want to help you. Please be patient, everyone here is a volunteer and many are constantly checking these channels. It just so happens that it's 6am in france and past midnight in quebec, which are the timezones of most of our helpers.
