Please be patient
Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Pro tip: you can rename the thread title with `.tr <thread name>`
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
Il n'a pas de livre = He doesn't have any books
Il n'a pas le livre = He doesn't have the book
So the both are correct?
If i’ve been asked to change “il a le livre” to a negative statement can i write any of that 2?
I would say the opposite of "he has the book" would more be "he doesn't have the book"
"he doesn't have any books" would generally be the opposite of "he has a book" or "he has books"
Ah i got it thanks a lot mate
