Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
I don't understand what your second sentence means
on est invités de Jamal ?
if that's what you asked, this one doesn't mean anything
oh wait, it could mean "we are the host of Jamal"
but it's weird without an article
The same fuckimg snetence with de instead of chez
well the second doesn't exactly work without an article as pharma said, and even in that case it's not the same thing.
Whatever thanks anyway
"on est invités chez Jamal" means "we're invited at Jamal's"
"chez" means someone's home. In this case, Jamal's.
"on est les invités de Jamal" means "we are Jamal's guests"
"inivité" here being a noun meaning guest, with a possessive construction
