Please be patient

Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.

Pro tip: you can rename the thread title with `.tr <thread name>`

Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.

And also, in discours indirect au présent, do we change the time expressions like aujourd'hui to ce jour-là or demain to le lendemain and other things like we do in D.indirect au passé for instance the usage of adjectif démonstratifs to "là"

Yes, present and all future tenses work basically the same in that case. But temporal markers will change in the future.
"La semaine prochaine, le président parlera aux Français. Il nous dira qu'il a bien travaillé depuis cinq ans, qu'il aura vu les ministres la veille, et qu'il va continuer de bien travailler dans le futur."

Do you mean that both usages are ok?

No, as I said, temporal markers change because the context is not the present day.
Il dira lundi ce qu'il a fait la veille (=dimanche)

It's like in English. He will tell us Monday what he did the day before.
