The same is true for things like vas-y, profites-en, penses-y, parles-en, etc.
For tu I knew. Does the vous imperative follow the same rule for pronouncing the z as the s in tu?
Yes it does.
Allez-y, profitez-en, pensez-y, parlez-en, etc.
All of which pronounce the z. Otherwise it would be hard to say and even harder to understand.

Do note that in the examples reiwa gave, the final S in the singular second imperative shows up again just so there's not stop between the verb and the pronoun
It's only in imperative, when both are linked with a hyphen
For example, "Vous allez y arriver"
