Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
it has some spelling and grammar mistakes
Hello again
i would say « Si tu pouvais me voir maintenant, tu crierais certainement : Quelle horreur ! »
who are you
I sent you grammar textbook pdf
Is that a conditional of sorts?
Ah yes we didn't have that yet I just freestyled
Si + (imparfait) + (conditionnel présent)
Noted
Now I shall know
Merci!
de rien 👍
One more thing
With words like certainement maintenant and such, they go after the verb?
yes, adverbs usually go right after the verb that they are modifying
Welp, "add-verb" makes sense
Could you give an example of this in a multiple verb sentence scenario?
« Puisqu'on s'est levés tôt, on va rester ensemble à la maison jusqu'à ce qu'il soit enfin temps pour partir. »
the underlined words are the verbs, and the boldened words are the adverbs
amazing, thanks
That's all from me, have a good evening/night/day
you're welcome 👍
