No, that's an object pronoun, or more exactly a reflexive pronoun.
The subject pronoun would be tu.

And wouldn't be inside a negation before a verb.

As bertie said, there's no subject within the clause since it's imperative. te here is having the function of sujet apparent, or thème/topic, but it is actually an object.

When you use te, you can easily morph it to à toi or à toi-même to ensure you're not dealing with a subject, since the subject wouldn't be allowed to be substitued by that. (Unless passivation, but as in english, you can easily discover if there's a passivation by adding par X at the end)
