I would rather say sur moi, but there is no big difference.
I think sur moi will be slightly more used verbally, but both are perfectly correct and natural
Well then I have a huge problem...
This question asks which word (sur or avec) should be used:
il avait envie de manger, mais il n'avait pas d'argent ___ lui
If both are correct, then I don't know if there is a definitive answer to this. Perhaps there is another aspect to it?
