Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
oh
like levelled you mean
or flat
is that what you mean?
if something is même assis its exactly in level with the ground?
Like you put your butt on a chair or on (or close to) the ground.
If you're sitting down and still tripping over, then your agility is just so bad.
Because you're not supposed to trip over when you are sitting and thus not moving.
You mean like the body is horizontal from head to toe and laying on the ground? Then that would be allongé. Which isn't the same thing as assis.
You might describe a giant of a person as being 'tall, even when seated'. The 'even when seated' part is meant literally.
i finally understand thank you
i realised my confused came from not actually knowing the word trébuche
for some reason i just assumed it was the french word for trebuchet lmao
I see. It's the verb trébucher (trip over) here. The subject can be omitted in some cases, like here as a part of a descrption.
