Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
Because help is uncountable
Also careful it's not "de l'aide" but "d'aide"
(if "aide" is alone)
what do you mean? wouldn’t you say “on m’a demandé de l’aide”?
mmmm
mb
yeah it depends
"il a besoin d'aide"
can't explain why one needs "de l'" and the other one doesn't tho 😅
when the de is actually functioning like a de, you don't need the article it's already indefinite
whats the point of des or de
They're partitifs, basicamente they serve to count uncountable things, it's a grammar perk that you'll have to get used to in french
Also "de" in set expressions + partitif = de
