Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
2nd one as it's an interrogative pronoun and therefore indicates that you're a person
The first one is relative and indicates it's the subject of the clause "je suis", but "je" is already the subject so that isn't possible

I feel like interrogatives are mostly used in... Well... Interrogative sentences, or negative sentences
"Qui suis-je?" And "Je ne sais pas qui je suis"
Using it in an affirmative sentence is a bit weird, unsure if it's considered "wrong" tho
