For example, if I said, ‘I love apples, they are delicious!’, then the pronouns ‘they’ and the adjective ‘delicious’ would refer to apples. Because of that, both agree to apples (les pommes, feminine plural) bringing us to: « J’aime les pommes, elles sont délicieuses »
