Second, so « siens » exists and it's called the possessive pronouns. Basically, it allows you to refer to an already mentioned object without repeating it. This form has several variations and it's accompanied by the definite article and both agree in number and gender. Ex:
« Mon stylo est cassé, est-ce que je peux utiliser le tien ? »
(My pen is broken, can I use yours?)
« Ma peinture est laide tandis que la sienne est belle. »
(My painting is ugly while hers is beautiful.)
Now, your sentence has the possessive « ton » which makes no sense so I'm guessing « siens » is misspelled. Now, the resulting sentence could be ||Est-ce que je peux voir ton sein ?|| which means, ||Can I see your breast?||
