Even more wrong. Porter is the object of choisis so you can't put the pronoms (en for des sandales and y for à la place, both related to porter as a direct object using an indefinite article and a complement of place respectively) near choisis.

Let's go with a simpler sentence: Je porte des sandales à la plage.
Just use y. Then just use en. Then try using both.
