Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
There's not really a way to "feel" about it, it's just a variety of French, so the default feeling should pretty much just be "neutral"… it exists, great
That said, the pronunciation of "moins" where the 's' is always pronounced also exists in France.
I've never heard of "plus" always having the 's' pronounced, but cool, I guess? It's just a regional variation
(tbf the part about « plus » sounds like some linguistic myth they heard somewhere, but who knows)

parce que dire ne...plus en prononçant le 's' me choque un peu… je pense que ça pourrait mener à des malentendus
