When placed at the start of the clause, « quoi » becomes « que ». This always happens unless there is a preposition modifying it.

one last thing, i understand that you used “l’alunissage” because you wanted to translate “the moon landing”. but this isn’t the “”expression”” we would use in french. for this topic we would more likely say something like
“pensez-vous que nous sommes vraiment allés sur la lune ?”
“pensez-vous que nous avons marché sur la lune ?”
“pensez-vous que le débarquement sur la lune est faux ?”
