Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
kaki is quite known, nèfle also but is rare
all the citron sorts are not usually know
only citron or citron vert
depends on people, some people know them, other dont
I know roughly the same ones in english and french
green = know
yellow = heard of but couldn't come up with it out of thin air
nothing = don't know/don't remember much or at all
this is my personal experience with them
everyone will be different tho
la carambole c'est rigolo c'est le fruit en étoile
ahhh
we just call that starfruit
yeah I always thought carambole = starfruit in English (it is usually called carambole in French tho in my experience)
same except main de bouddha that i've never seen in person
Move the green from main de Bouddha to nèfle and you get what I know.
moi je connais la carambole grace à stardew valley =)
how a lot of Americans hear about "le mot pamplemousse"
we say this is a 5 finger
that looks like ot tastes good
nvm its sparkling water
thought it was a soda
ahhh i see
No need to put pressure on yourself for not knowing some dark unknown fruits ahhahaha
😂😂😭😭😭😭
bro i didn't even know a kaffir lime exist
or "un citron meyer"
if one gotta play a game to know a fruit, that fruit doesn't belong on earth
that fruit was from an unknown territory
videogames are a great way to learn about new vocabulary words
