Our volunteers look into many questions every day; sometimes it takes them a little while to answer.
Make it descriptive, including relevant context, but also to the point. This way you improve your chances of getting a more relevant and specific answer.
ooh, i get it
but if i say il est un homme is wrong?
or that counts as describe so it's valid
homme is more of a noun, and not a description
so it's wrong saying il and not c'est?
it's not grammatically incorrect per se, as far as I'm aware, but sounds incredibly off and would probably be considered wrong outside of specific contexts
tl;dr dont say it
it's a tad more complicated when you have a noun that's also being described, but just stick to the noun vs description difference in general
