à tous = to all
Say I were using it in a sentence. Which would be the better option?

It’s the same as “hello everyone” vs “hello to all”
be careful, you can't use a comma on the second one, because you're saying "hello" to everyone. "à tous" doesn't mean "everyone" (also wrong accent)
