which tenses, persons, numbers, moods, and aspects?
Just like in English and most European languages, verb conjugate according to the subject and the tense.
Technically it's not tense but TMA (tense + mood + aspect), but individual tense/mood/aspect combinations are often just called "tenses" anyway
