"oh ben là..." is a way to say "no idea..."
"ben non" is an obvious and informal "no", like a softer "no, duh"
"ben voyons" is an ironic "but of course"
note that ben can also be replaced with bah

this version may probably be less common in canadian french, I tend to hear "bah" more in france

"ben ouais" also exists (similar to ben non) as well as "ben putain" (meaning "that was something", but more informal)
