Currently the imported law has the below values, these are end of cycle values so they will need changing.
MoE 15% and 50k cap
MoI 30% and 100k cap
Wages 10% and 10k cap
MoC 5% and 5k cap
Meteor 80% and 200k cap
Overflow to Executive for redistribution as needed

we have some stuff to buy in the first week so would be worth keeping some of it, MoE and MoC should get a better cut.

I like to have flexibility as PM to move funds where needed to keep things flowing so having the Executive fund for this purpose is also part of MPs consideration.

we lowered MoC last cycle from 50k to 5k basically on a whim, so providing that ministry with such a low cap might be discouraging

I would consider a 20k cap to be a week 1 limit for MoC while other accounts get filled and established.

I've had to do a number of transfers to the uni so we might want to increase its budget, there is 15% unallocated at the moment so that at least should be added to the uni budget. Other accounts seem to be managing fine.

Apart from the University eating everything we throw at it the budget is managing ok for distribution, we have however had a request from the MoC to increase the Culture budget cap from 20k to 50k. I have no objections to that myself.
