I've compiled a table with the name of the deed, type of claim, size (total claimed land), claim papers (size -4), value of stake and papers, total value of stake + papers, and average value of the planted crop there (land has ~95% utilisation at the moment of planted crops on average).

Intend: unica will hire a gather to ASAP collect and release the crops for sale from Unica hub in batches to ensure as many users can get hands of the crops as possible. This has already been successfully applied to a previous farm. Furthermore the land will be offered on a pay-per-harvest basis to farmers who will vow to maintain the production (crops will be private for their use and sale, not Unica). If i am unable to find farmer to take over the land, Unica will countinue contracted work to produce crops until needed.
