i would liketo request 1.5k to build a dock at this location, it would be hewn logs and mortared stone, with a small building for a shop and a chest. For 3k and a bigger claim i can give you the deluxe version with more room (wharehouses, multiple piers). Let me know what you think

The budget of the MoI has been adjusted (upwards). The request has been reconsidered and was elevated to active effective immediately. The bounty is set to 5000 euro. Enjoy building!
Two requests (hence the increased bounty): please make sure to add three docking bays for water crafts of the size of wooden transport ships as well as a proper indication (i.e. start a road stubby) where a road leading to the dock should connect to.
