This is the unclaim thread where Citizens can request the unclaiming of Deeds and Property. Tent claims require 3 days inactivity to have passed with anything more requiring 7 days.

Local authorities are responsible for the unclaiming of Homestead Claim Stakes and must set the owner of the deed in question to none thus allowing the Citizen requesting the unclaim to use Land Claims to clean up the plot and use.

All other Claim Stakes must be transferred to the citizen requesting the land claim as they are purchasing the whole plot.

The request must include a valid purpose for the Land and screenshots of the transfer of Money must be displayed.

Evergreen City would request the unclaim of this property because it's right in the road district

Unfortunately that alone does not constitute a "realistically fulfillable new use" as per §3(3)3 of Federal Law.

I guess as a response - do you find the buildings there as "buildings that must reasonably be considered worth preserving due to aesthetics, development or similar reasons."

if the buildings would be subtracting from nature as an adobe hut may - or stockpile full of garbage then it could be assumed valid to remove the property

No, but that would only be a reason to deny the unclaiming despite a valid use case - property is generally protected under §3(1) - if there is no valid "realistically fulfillable new use", then the request unfortunately has to be denied

Unfortunately beautification / return to nature is not something a single citizen can ensure, that would require backing by a town or country for district protection, etc

Regarding the powered cart - I don't believe we usually transfer vehicle ownership even if someone goes abandoned. However in order to use the plot I understand that you would like to have the vehicle removed. Please contact the local responsible authority whether they could tow it off the property instead, as that would be the preferable solution.

Unclaim of homestead deed approved for a total of 2000 euros (building + significant stockpiles of materials) to be paid to the owner. Regarding the vehicle deeds, they are located on public land and will have to be towed by local authorities if they violate parking violations...
