Is the government going to aim for a science victory this cycle?
If so, it might be good to start preparing for settler packs while activity is up.
They cannot be crafted until Advanced Tailoring Table / Industry, but there are parts such as gathering the many iron tools, soil sampler, and seeds that I would be interested in putting together if there is the interest.

You should've probably already started going on Reseeding Packages; 500 total Joshua Tree seeds will be needed, and they can be incredibly fickle with debris/growing conditions.

Reseeding package is almost done, also trees are now 100 seed of each - I personally delivered all joshuas today 🎉
However we're probably more keen in culture victory which will go nicely in the theme of next cycle
Paper is a real struggle at the moment, and its quite a burner for people, so im not sure if our demand will be met for science - lets evaluate after uni research is done and meteor shop has had some of the papers sold to it.
What are your thoughts on culture win?

the science victory requires 5 additional reseeding packages as well as an additional ecoylent (i'm assuming the first ones do not count, much like the original skill books) now along with one extra set of research books
im sure establishing schools wouldnt be a problem with how active the MoC has been this cycle (well done, Giggidy), but just from looking over the reseeding/settler packs that is definitely the worst part that jumped out to me outside of the obvious do research all over again
