here you can request additions or changes that are required to allow you to connect to the road network.

Hello, I have a request following my previous message #white-tiger message
I've built a road in front of my house
I've claimed the land plots around the house of this road I built, to protect my assets, it cost me 2300 $ of land claims. It the blue color in the 2nd picture.
In the messages linked, I told that I would propose unica to get it in its district by reimbursing me the road stones.
since then, Unica districted my road without telling me about first, without compensation for the stone roads.
3rd picture is a picture of the road some hours ago at level 67 before I began to work to elevtage it to 70.
reminder : its land that I claimed first, that Unica districted AFTER that I already claimed it.
4 pictures is just before I removed the stone road blocks of the level 67 since I put the new at level 70.
in my discord message, I explicitely told that I would propose to district it if I were reimbursed for the stone road blocks.
it seems that there is some article in the constution that explicitely tells about an exception on the concept of "infrastructure automatically owned by the state" that if the land were claimed, the governing entity has to compensate for the value of the expropriation.
there were about 3 blocks wide, 50 length, so 150 stone road blocks in total.

it seems that by doing what I did : explcitely land claim the road to protect the value of the assets I put into work, that some precedent already consider that I indeed can be expropriated of the road, but by compensating for those assets
Seeing that it did not became infrastructure by happenstance, I had the initial intention of it being districted and me being reimbursed for, but it's my first play on WT so I didn't get the knowledge on all the know-how to do the things in right order (being districted first, working on it after)
And seing that anyway it seems that land claimed seems to be a critical guarantee on WT, and that I build and claimed with the intention of protecting the assets of this road
would Unica be so kind to compensate me for the 150 stone road blocks ? 🙂

I can sell them and be happy at 65.
I cannot sell them at this price, because otherwise people would buy them a make a engineering advanced research paper (going rate for 160, so they would just buy my two items for 130 $, and sell the paper for 160 $)
