Once taxes come in, where the money go?

I propose:

MoE: 35%
Gov Wages: 15%
Infrastructure: 25%
Culture Budget: 10% (I will supplement with my budget if needed)
Meteor Store: 0% for now
Prime Minister Account: 14%
State of Unica: 1% as per Constitution / States and Towns (5): "[state of unica] is entitled to reasonable financial support"

Gov wages has about 35% surplus per hour with 50k reserve - we can move that elsewhere to utilise the funds.

infrastructure might get hit hard soon, but we can further adjust. If someone can update the law let's vote on it. I'm open to either budget suggestions

<@&807619796924497940> would like to move 70k from the wages account to the meteor store - wages account outgoings are quite balanced with the money coming in, and that would leave ~30k in it. Let me know if you are okay with that 🙂
