MoC Public vote instead of working under PM

I don't personally think the person that represent culture should be under the PM elective role. I think anyone that feels like it should try to run for the election on day 0 with just a global vote. That way, we can also elect or maybe give additional interest towards others being voted on.

Also this type of leadership is very special and very special from what I have seen from people taking it. Would love to see it being it's own thing!

I would even say to create a unique account a like ubi that isn't part of the budget or even part of the tax

mmm not sure where you would want to lead the MoC role, feels like it is just right as minister, chosen by PM

maybe there s something to thing about in a broader cycle view: could the MoC suggest a theme for the cycle for instance? and "enforce" it after some sort of popular vote?

ohh like the direction lead by the PM, I feel what you mean now. It does allow a unified direction if its also under the PM

maybe that is what I had more impact then what I said. I liked the idea of themed cycles like dennis did. I was looking at MoC someone with that power as well

makes sense now if the MoC is under the PM so that it is more a controlled theme. Maybe if we want as players, outside of that scope vote on cycle themes or testing new fun ideas

Only problem is if another soc gets elected later in the cycle right? What if I start another theme and leave yours behind so to speak
