There are two ways to gain access to Unica farmland:

First, request a lease of farming area in Unica here. You can request any area (also parts of the larger areas) within the "Still free and leasable Farmland" area of the "Unica Outer Zoning Map" district.

Each plot leased by you will cost 0,50€/day (will be deducted automatically by law)

There are no requirements except to actively use these plots for farming growable crops, if you fail to do so for 3 days, your area will be freed up for other farmers. If other farmers take over the area, existing crops may be harvested by them.

List your or your companies' ingame name here and provide the coordinates of the (corners of the) plots you would like to lease. You can also request more or different areas than are already defined.

Secondly, you can request general access here to unleased farmland for 15€ / day, but you will share this access with everyone also using this access. You can gather, chop wood etc, but if this land is requested by a farmer, it will be made exclusive to them.

Hello, the current law prevents hunting on this land. Is there a way for me to get hunting permission in the districts, or to change the law to not restrict hunting?

when you get a chance would appreciate changing the law to specify for crops

weird, it let me hunt now, but it definitely popped up while I was hunting before

I reserved the plots for you, payment is setup. If willingo says it's not fine and money has already been deducted (I don't know when the 24hr timer runs exactly) I will remove the reservation and reimburse you on the amount you didn't actually want

This purple line right here cuts right through my claim and is preventing me from placing or removing blocks in my area. I was wondering what I'd need to do to get access to it because I can't build my house right now :/

I don't have any woods to chop woods in anymore because I am blocked by farmland that nobody uses

especially the expansion at the bottom seems weird when there's still land right next to it

oh I didn't realize that to the east was was potential farmland. I'd probably still prefer my request, because it is already flat.

yield also does corn AND wheat instead of just wheat if i went east

and immediately east of my house has terible yields for all but flax
